TIMELINE

It's super important that you have a timeline set for your big day! This helps keep everyone organized and the day flow smoothly. Here are some things to keep in mind when planning your wedding day. If you are lost and need help with this part, just shoot me an email at kimberlymoduno@gmail.com.

IF YOU AREN'T DOING A FIRST LOOK:

1. You can do pictures of the bride & bridesmaids and groom & groomsmen separately before the ceremony. These should take 10-15 minutes each.

2. You’ll want to be completely done with these pictures 45 minutes to one hour before your ceremony so you can relax and “hide” from guests.

3. Family pictures work best when they are done immediately following the ceremony. They normally take 15-30 minutes depending on how big your family is.

4. Pictures of the full bridal party and bride & groom will take 45 minutes to one hour.

5. Please allow for a cocktail hour that lasts an 1-1.5 hours

6. Remember to allow for travel time if necessary!

IF YOU ARE DOING A FIRST LOOK:

1. The first look should take 5-10 minutes. Following the first look, it is easiest to go straight into pictures of the bride and groom. Plan 30 minutes to one hour (depending on personal preference and how much time you have) for pictures of the bride and groom.

2. Bridal party pictures normally take 15-30 minutes depending on how big your bridal party is. (Recap: plan on 1-2 hours for photos before the wedding.)

3. You'll want to be completely done with pictures 45 minutes to one hour before your ceremony so you can relax and "hide" from guests who may be arriving.

4. Family pictures work best when they are done immediately following the ceremony. They normally take 15-30 minutes depending on how big your family is.

5. Remember to allow for travel time if necessary!
